Routing Proposals
In order to properly review grant and contract proposals, the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) requires adequate lead time, usually an advance of 3 to 5 working days prior to the agency deadline is sufficient.

Grant proposals, research agreements, contracts, clinical trials, and letters of intent should all be routed through ORSP. The previous documents as well as material transfer agreements typically require additional time for review, negotiation, and execution.
