Requested General Screen
Shows a snapshot of the pre-award budget that is asked of the sponsor.

Current Requested: Not currently used on the requested side.

Project Period Requested: Shows start and end dates for the life of the grant.

F&A Rate: This displays the F&A rate that was used if the budget was automatically calculated. Not currently used.

Base Method: Not currently used.

F&A Rate (2): Not currently used.

Requested Period Dates: Displays the dates each year of requested funding individually.

Period Costs: This tab displays the cumulative information relating to each year of requested funding. Each year is referred to as a period and each period shows the direct costs, indirect costs, and total costs requested. Cost sharing is also displayed. Each period is also marked as pending, awarded, rejected or otherwise.

Requested Budgets: Here one can click on the view option for a specific budget period and view the details specific to that period.

Facilities and Administrative Cost Explanation: Not currently used.

Budget Justification: Not currently used.
