Shows the year-by-year detail of the pre-award budget that is asked of the sponsor.

F&A Rate: This displays the F&A rate that was used if the budget was automatically calculated. Not currently used.

Base Method: Not currently used.

And Rate: Not currently used.

Or Rate: Not currently used.

Requested Project Period: These are the dates of the year being viewed.

Personnel: This section lists the personnel on the grant. There are many fields that can be filled out pertaining to the salary, fringe benefits, and percent effort by the PI. Currently, these are not used.

Direct Costs Categories: Currently filled out with “Miscellaneous/Direct Costs” and the direct cost total.
Totals: Here the direct cost, indirect cost, and total cost for the one year are listed. Also, if there is cost sharing, the cost to the sponsor and the cost to UCHC are listed separately with a third column that shows the entire costs.
