Facilities and Administrative Cost Rate
The University of Connecticut Health Center has negotiated a
Facilities and Administrative Agreement (F&A Agreement) formerly
known as Indirect Cost Agreement (IDC), dated December 10, 2008,
with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services,
establishing rates applicable to research, educational and
service grants, contracts and agreements.
